Shirley Rankin is the owner and lead stylist of Unique Images Salon Spa and a licensed and certified Cosmetologist, Aesthetician, Massage Therapist, and Permanent Makeup Artist with decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. She has been a Licensed Cosmetologist since 1994 and opened her own business in 1996 after gaining valuable experience working in traditional salon environments.

Those early years allowed Shirley to learn not only the technical side of the industry, but also the importance of professionalism, consistency, and client care. When the time came to branch out on her own, she did so with confidence and has remained committed to doing things her way ever since.

After previously owning a salon on a busy street across from a military base, Shirley transitioned her business to a private setting and has successfully operated from her thoughtfully converted home salon for over 20 years. This unique setup allows her to provide a comfortable, personal environment while maintaining professional standards.

Throughout her career, Shirley has worked with a wide range of hair textures and skin types, giving her the experience needed to provide personalized, results-focused care. In addition to her professional licenses, she is also certified in select body sculpting services, allowing her to offer a well-rounded approach to beauty and wellness.
